The Gold Coast Homeschool Expo, hosted by The Home School Hub, promises a rich, family-focused experience packed with resources, inspiration, and connection for home education advice at any stage. This family-friendly event will feature: Exhibitors showcasing curriculum providers, learning tools, and extracurricular options such as community co-ops and class providers.
Live Expert Talks on a variety of topics to help you enrich your homeschool experience with fresh perspectives that inform, inspire and practically equip you on this journey.
Community networking opportunities to meet and share ideas with other homeschooling families.
Marketplace offerings allowing you to explore new and second-hand educational materials, handmade learning tools, and educational products from local businesses.
Multi-level layout allows the expo to span multiple levels at the Robina TAFE campus, with booths arranged in a way that encourages exploration and discovery across themes of information to resources under one roof.
Exclusive Workshop Sessions by #Free2Homeschool! Visit The Workshop room throughout the day for expert-led sessions hosted by Free2Homeschool (these are ticketed sessions).

Free2Homeschool will host invaluable workshops and offer one-on-one guidance, ideal for both new and experienced homeschooling families:
Plan & Report Writing – Master the step-by-step process of creating a compliant, personal, and meaningful homeschool plan for Queensland. Reflect on your child’s learning progress, and understanding the legalities around what is expected and required in Queensland.
Family Plan & Report Writing – Learn how to craft engaging plans and reports that clearly reflect each of your child’s individual learning needs, interests and progress whilst simplifying the process to foster the family learning environment.
Teaching co-op classes – A useful tool for parents seeking to run co-op classes, teen parents looking to engage their teens at home, and educators looking to break into the home education teaching space who need to unlearn their school ways.
- Building a philosophy – Explore how to cultivate joy in learning, balance structure with freedom, building lasting family connections, and create experiences that go beyond the textbooks.

$20 HOMESCHOOL 101 PASS: Everything from the FREE Entry Pass as well as Unlimited access to ALL 101 workshops.
$25 VIP PASS: Everything from the Homeschool 101 Pass as well as Unlimited access to speakers and Exclusive access to speaker recordings.
*Passes not required for children, unless they wish to actively attend a particular speaker/workshop for their own interest, in which case select the options below…

[WS]: Workshops – $5 for 25min sessions
[HS]: Homeschool 101 Beginner Sessions – $10 for 45min sessions
[GS]: Guest Speaker – $8 for 45min guest speaker sessions

VIP Pass holders: Parking available on-site at the Robina Events Centre, in both Basement Level 1 and Basement Level 2 [look for RED TAFE parks] – from carpark, head to level 4 for your VIP badge.
Other ticket holders:
1. CBUS Stadium carpark 6am-6pm | off East Lane | $5/day
2. Open Air parking | Paddington Place | $8/day
3. Surrounding Street parking | subject to Gold Coast Council parking restrictionsPublic Transport options:
1. Train | Robina Train Station just a 5-min walk
2. Choose a bus route travelling to Robina Train Station or Robina Town Centre (less than 1km walk)
